  2008/10On October 16, 2008, Mr. Josep Huguet i Biosca, Minister of Science, Technology, Education, Industry and Commerce and Enterprise of the Catalonian Regional Government of Spain, and Ms. Carme Botifoll, Head of the Catalonian Regional Government's Committee for the Promotion of Science and Technology Innovation and Enterprise Internationalization, visited the park on behalf of the Catalonian Regional Government of Spain for the Association unveiled Project of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone Investment Base in Ningbo, China.
